Prior to the start of class (monthly or academy), communicates and assists participants with questions. </li><li>Ensures all children are picked up by a parent. </li><li>Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referring inquiries to appropriate person. </li><li>Create staff schedule and communicate with staff. </li><li>Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. </li><li>Develop and conduct specialized training sessions and contribute to overall programming growth within the specialty for YMCA members </li><li>Overseeing day to day operations of the swim lesson program </li><li>Coordinate and schedule swim lesson programs for all ages </li><li>Recruit, train, and hire swim instructors </li><li>Ensure instructors are following YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor curricula </li><li>Attend and lead in service training and staff meetings. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul>
