<p>Sr Appliance Territory Manager</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>In addition to standard responsibilities assigned to all Appliance Territory Managers as outlined below, the Senior Appliance Territory Manager has additional essential responsibilities to include:</p> <ul> <li>Perform projects and administrative work as assigned </li><li>Address issues/problems and support initiatives within the territory as required and/or assigned </li><li>Demonstrate professionalism and positive demeanor in performance of daily duties and lead by example </li><li>Other senior tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Ability to perform all essential responsibilities for Appliance Territory Managers to include:</p> <ul> <li>Visit customers to service vendor products and perform sales and support services in assigned stores </li><li>Travel to customer locations and service vendor products and maintain product displays </li><li>Receive and respond to customer inquiries </li><li>Provide new product information including receiving customer feedback regarding vendor products and services </li><li>Support and provide product knowledge to customers by demonstrating equipment and providing product application training </li><li>Answer customer sales and technical questions </li><li>Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner </li><li>Facilitate sales, marketing and promotional campaigns by acquainting accounts with the latest sales techniques. </li><li>Resolve any customer and vendor differences </li><li>Assist with placing special orders </li><li>Place items on shelving units according to the plan-o-gram </li><li>Manage and maintain inventory levels, make adjustments as required </li><li>Attend and represent customer at trade / industry shows and training sessions as required. </li><li>Report weekly summary of hours, location and sales impact at retail. </li><li>Travel with designated Customer Manager and/or AMS Regional Manager when necessary </li><li>Comply with all Customer and AMS policies and procedures </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>100% Travel required (including overnight travel) </li><li>Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates is required, may include holidays and weekends </li><li>Knowledge of Brand Name appliances required </li><li>Must be Microsoft Office proficient </li><li>Required to lift up to 50lbs, this may include lifting weight above shoulders as needed </li><li>Frequent standing, bending and twisting required </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required </li><li>Proof of valid driver's license and insurance required (must meet company's minimum requirements) </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors </li><li>HS diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred </li><li>2 years of vendor sales experience preferred </li><li>1 year of field sales/customer service experience preferred </li></ul>
