<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Creative Coordinator is an entry-level position within the Visual Storytelling division of ESPN Creative Studio that supports the team during various stages of a given project. This role is a tremendous learning opportunity as it touches multiple platforms and disciplines, from digital to broadcast to marketing.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Resource and schedule shifts for daily show production coverage.</p> </li><li> <p>Project manage intake requests that come through the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate creative meetings -- including scheduling, setting up agendas, sending recaps and holding post-mortems reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Support producers and designers with the creation and distribution of various creative elements.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular status reports, update deliverable lists and other project management needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Archive and maintain department asset library, such as logos and style guides.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in preparing presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Upload and organize image rights information in Disney-wide system.</p> </li><li> <p>Onboard freelance illustrators and photographers following established processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1+ year experience in media or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Microsoft-based software (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated communication and organization skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to react positively under a wide variety of situations.</p> </li><li> <p>Detail oriented, with the ability to multitask and deliver consistently with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with ESPN Programming and sports knowledge.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>#ESPNMedia</p>
