This role requires strong experience with stormwater pollution prevention (SWPPP), environmental compliance, and preferably data center construction projects.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise all civil construction field activities, including earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage, and site development. </li><li>Coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and field personnel. </li><li>Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. </li><li>Implement and manage Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), including inspections, documentation, and corrective actions. </li><li>Maintain full compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including erosion control, sediment management, and permitting requirements. </li><li>Conduct routine site inspections to ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met. </li><li>Lead jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements. </li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of work. </li><li>Coordinate inspections with regulatory agencies and ensure all required documentation is completed. </li><li>Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns. </li><li>Mentor and manage field crews, providing leadership and performance oversight. </li><li>Collaborate closely with owners, engineers, and stakeholders-especially in mission-critical environments such as data centers. </li><li>Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project and environmental requirements. </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role. </li><li>Demonstrated hands-on experience managing SWPPP programs and environmental compliance. </li><li>Strong understanding of site development, including grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and erosion control. </li><li>Experience working on data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects preferred. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. </li><li>Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices. </li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. </li></ul> <p>Ideally, you'll have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working on hyperscale data center projects or similar high-demand infrastructure. </li><li>SWPPP certification, environmental compliance training, or related credentials. </li><li>Experience with project management or construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6). </li><li>Familiarity with local and federal environmental agencies and permitting processes. </li><li>CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certification. </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>92,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>126,500.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
