<p>Position Title:</p> <p>GFIM Data Governance Sr. Analyst</p> <p>Pay Rate:</p> <p>$86,000-$110,000 per year</p> <p>Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>International Paper</p> <p>6400 Poplar Ave.</p> <p>Memphis, TN 38197</p> <p>The Job You Will Perform:</p> <p>The Data Governance Sr. Analyst supports Global Finance Information Management (GFIM) by developing and maintaining governance processes for finance master data and standardized accounting practices. Responsibilities include data stewardship, cleansing, and process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency across SAP systems (ECC, BW, BPC). This role focuses on maintaining integrity of master data and financial transactions within IP's core systems.</p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic direction to manage finance data as a critical corporate resource </li><li>Develop policies that focus on best practices and provide the framework for decision-making when there are conflicting views among various business groups and supply chain functions </li><li>Assist with implementing GFIM's Data Management processes </li><li>Monitor / measure (KPIs) to ensure actual data quality, services, and processes meet objectives </li><li>Identify and implement data improvement initiatives </li><li>Active participation and/or point of contact in process integration, system upgrades, merger and acquisition activities, as well as ensuring proper treatment of disposals/liquidations </li></ul> <p>The Skills You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance related position with exposure to data maintenance activities and business warehouse functionality </li><li>Foundational accounting knowledge </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment, including interaction with other members of Finance & IT teams. </li><li>Cost accounting and manufacturing background preferred. </li><li>Strong SAP functional skills, BW working knowledge </li><li>Knowledge of data management processes with an emphasis on data stewardship / governance for an Enterprise system is desirable </li><li>Must understand SAP data structures and use in business processes </li><li>Possess excellent teamwork skills </li><li>Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) </li></ul> <p>The Benefits You Will Enjoy:</p> <p>International Paper offers a benefits package that includes health, welfare and retirement plans including Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-term and Long-term Disability, 401(k), Company-funded retirement contributions, Paid Time Off, Education & Development (including Tuition Reimbursement), Student Loan Repayment Assistance, and Voluntary Benefits including insurance for home, auto, vision and pets.</p> <p>The Impact You Will Make:</p> <p>We continue to build a better future for people, the planet, and our company!
