<p>The Market Sales Manager oversees and drives the Value-Added Services (VAS) sales, customer experience, Associate development and regulatory compliance as a member of the management team. Lead design and execution of strategies to enhance key performance indicators that drive revenue. Serve as primary liaison in the location with management.</p> <ul> <li>The Market Sales Manager will partner with local leaders to drive sales revenue, as well as manage the employee results through training, coaching, and mentoring of the sales process </li><li>Execute training and development of all Sales staff to maximize counter sales revenue; to include individual and group sales initiatives </li><li>Locally manage all VAS promotional offers, program pitch delivery, program services, marketing materials and Associate interaction for all Associates in the location </li><li>Serve as the primary VAS liaison for the management team, updating and communicating on all performance actions and decisions related to VAS </li><li>Review sales results and apply strategies to obtain business objectives </li><li>Support business development by identifying and recommend necessary actions to improve low performance </li><li>Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed appropriately by all personnel </li></ul> <p>The salary for this opportunity is $70,000/yr.</p> <p>Preferred Markets of Hire:</p> <ul> <li>RDU </li><li>CLT </li><li>PHL </li><li>PIT </li></ul> <p>Educational Background:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) </li></ul> <p>Professional Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 Years of Sales experience </li><li>1-2 Years prior management (preferably in a Sales capacity) </li><li>Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism a plus </li><li>Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams </li><li>Must maintain Valid Driver's License and comply with Company Policy & Procedures regarding violations </li></ul> <p>Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Financial and business acumen </li><li>Customer service resolution practices </li><li>Excellent communication techniques </li><li>Sales Management/Coaching ability </li><li>Analysis and report modeling understanding </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Highly organized. </li><li>Ability to interface with multi-faceted, cross-functional teams </li><li>Expert knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Ability to handle complex analysis using Excel.
