<p>Shift - Swings</p> <p>Hours - 3:00 pm to 1:30 am Monday through Thursday (and overtime as required)</p> <p>Please note: For Lead Worker, Material Prep, Swing Shift position, please follow this link to apply:</p> <p>https://naturessunshine.applicantpro.com/jobs/3924990</p> <p>Issuing Operator- Swing Shift Details:</p> <p>Performs the following types of duties: set up scales and other issuing equipment; issues product to batch records and monitors quality of production runs by the use of scales, observation of product, and comparison with former runs; operates mixing and comil equipment; operates bin wash equipment; recommends changes to operation procedures on a run-by-run basis as conditions change; cleans equipment and room thoroughly; maintains records of production runs; communicates relevant information to coworkers; performs other related duties as assigned.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Produces and inspects the quality of products for internal and external customers </li><li>Issues product to work orders in the material prep area and verifies raw material information to work order </li><li>Inspects, sets up, and cleans equipment </li><li>Cleans production rooms </li><li>Completes necessary documentation and paperwork, reconciles and double-checks all work records </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Four years of high school plus specific course requirements </li><li>Knowledge of weights and measurements, i.e. metric system </li><li>Skill in operating process equipment </li><li>Basic math skills </li><li>General computer skills and experience helpful </li><li>Ability to follow written instructions </li><li>Able to consistently follow correct issuing procedures </li><li>Able to keep accurate issuing records on work orders </li><li>Able to maneuver heavy weights </li><li>Able to prioritize multiple assignments </li><li>Must have good hand-eye coordination </li><li>Able to communicate well with coworkers on all shifts and to work effectively in a team environment </li></ul> <p>Nature's Sunshine is dedicated to being a Force of Nature that champions social and environmental wellness.
