<p>Holyoke Medical Center is actively searching for a Patient Experience Supervisor</p> <p>Advocates for all inpatients and their families by rounding and educating. Communicating all issues and concerns of patients and or families through the appropriate channels; nurses, aides, doctors, case management, and following up. Assists by providing general support and comfort to the needs of patients, families and visitors in a compassionate, problem-solving manner. Have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Excellent teamwork and communication with all staff.</p> <ul> <li>To demonstrate a strong commitment to patients, families and visitors with all basic concepts of continuous quality improvement and preventing error from reaching the patients. </li><li>To proactively round on patients with consideration to current areas of opportunities based on leadership assessment, organizational needs and patient feedback data </li><li>Work with floor managers to update goals to be focused on for these reports. </li><li>Confirm the BURSTS went out on the 15th of each month from Press Ganey. </li><li>Update Press Ganey with any new providers and their staff, or the removal. </li><li>Collaborates with Unit Leaders to develop and maintain patient experience standards and expectations. </li><li>Rounding meeting with HURON account representative for any issues, new updates. Review of all reports. </li><li>Monthly rounding meeting with staff, or as needed. </li></ul>
