<p>Staffmark is looking for an experienced Alarm Coordinator in Woonsocket, RI, to support burglary, fire alarm, and access control systems across multiple commercial locations. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring alarm systems are functioning properly - all in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in alarm systems who wants to grow their technical skills while working in a structured support role.</p> <p>Pay: $19.27 per hour</p> <p>Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support and troubleshoot intrusion and fire alarm systems across CVS stores </li><li>Validate alarm systems are reporting over correct phone lines </li><li>Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for maintenance and service scheduling </li><li>Use SmartSheet to track and share system updates </li><li>Troubleshoot alarm systems remotely via phone and ensure proper system responses </li><li>Program outbound dial parameters and confirm panel programming changes </li><li>Communicate with alarm service companies via phone and email </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience with alarm system installation and/or servicing </li><li>Familiarity with Honeywell, Bosch, and DMP alarm systems strongly preferred </li><li>CAD (Computer-Aided Design) experience or technical training in alarm systems is a plus </li><li>Strong multitasking and communication skills </li><li>Associate degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
