<p>Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SolarWinds Sales Representative to develop business opportunities within a designated geography. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets by efficiently responding to customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions for their network management needs.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop SolarWinds business opportunities within a specific region to meet revenue targets. </li><li>Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and provide network management solutions. </li><li>Conduct outbound calling, email communication, and channel coordination. </li><li>Manage the sales pipeline through its entire cycle. </li><li>Execute prospecting, lead generation, and sales activities for SolarWinds products, with a focus on the database portfolio. </li><li>Engage with IT decision-makers across various enterprises and locations. </li><li>Use a consultative approach for warm calls and manage warm leads for product evaluations and trials. </li><li>Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations. </li><li>Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and maintain customer relationships. </li><li>Identify renewal, new business, channel partnership, and local market opportunities. </li><li>Provide superior customer service during the evaluation process, create quotes, coordinate with channel partners, and close sales. </li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce. </li><li>Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software solutions industry. </li><li>Strong understanding of network management and database portfolio products. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to engage with IT decision-makers and provide consultative sales support. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. </li><li>Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. </li><li>Strong organizational and pipeline management skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul>
