<p>YOUR MISSION</p> <p>As a Subcontracts Administrator at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain strategy. This role will support the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain in procurement of complex subcontracts necessary to deliver flight hardware and supporting services. This role will also support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of procurement/subcontract processes and act as an advocate across the business. This role will require someone who wants to dig in, design the processes, and own material and service requirements through delivery. We are looking for a reliable problem solver, someone who can demonstrate the ability to identify issues and develop scalable solutions.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Source, negotiate, and procure specialized goods and services critical to mission delivery </li><li>Serve as the primary contractual interface between the supplier and True Anomaly </li><li>Own the full subcontract lifecycle - from source selection and contract proposal to execution phases </li><li>Coordinates and collaborates with key stakeholders such as contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, operations, program and end-users </li><li>Develops subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services </li><li>Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts </li><li>In conjunction with quality organization, evaluates and monitors supplier quality and reliability, as well as supplier ability to support required delivery schedules </li><li>Identifies strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk through strategic and targeted negotiations </li><li>Manages performance of subcontracts, ensures compliance with all public law requirements as well as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations </li><li>Employs sound business practices and assesses supplier performance as part of follow-up activities </li><li>Ensures that appropriate documentation is provided to logistics/transportation & warehouse organization so that proper receipt is recorded </li><li>Manages and develops strategic/key suppliers </li><li>Reviews and approves supplier payment as needed </li><li>Utilizes process tools such as Lean Six Sigma with suppliers to drive quality, efficiency and continuous improvement </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience or 3+ years with Masters, or 9+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree </li><li>Must have 3+ years of Supply Chain experience, contracts experience, or closely related </li><li>Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business need </li><li>Experience must be in subcontracts management, contracts management, proposal price/cost analysis, procurement, program management, advanced planning/MRP, and/or strategic sourcing </li><li>Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 in Long Beach, CA or $80,000 - $110,000 in Centennial, CO </li><li>Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li></ul> <p>Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.</p> <p>OTHER</p> <ul> <li>Work Location: </li><li>This position will be onsite at our Gravity Works Facility, located in Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA with the potential for limited hybrid opportunities in the future. </li></ul> <p>This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
