We're seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Account Manager to nurture client partnerships, ensure ongoing success, and help our customers unlock the full potential of our platform.</p> <p>If you're passionate about customer success, thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, and love building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and strategic account planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders to foster loyalty and growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor account health and performance, ensuring clients are getting value from our platform and meeting their contact center goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to align on strategy and deliver on KPIs.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in partnership with Sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain detailed and up-to-date account records, including contract status, usage data, and engagement history.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop a deep understanding of Sharpen's platform, features, and roadmap to effectively educate and guide clients.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li> <p>Customer-obsessed and solutions-focused, with a knack for problem-solving and proactive communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.</p> </li><li> <p>An excellent communicator - both written and verbal - with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience (internship or professional) in a customer-facing role such as Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a dynamic environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRMs, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in SaaS or contact center technology industries.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, or similar platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of hitting retention, growth, or satisfaction targets.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification in Account Management or Customer Success (e.g., SAMA, SuccessHACKER).</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Sharpen</p> <p>We're not your typical tech company-we're collaborative, curious, and constantly pushing to improve how contact centers operate.
