<p>Summary:</p> <p>Under the direction of the Environmental Health and Safety Manager for PBI-Gordon Companies, this position will develop, coordinate, and implement all corporate and site specific EHS policies and programs for the subsidiaries of PBI-Gordon Companies.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, revise, and administer programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations related to environmental, health and safety that are applicable to the Company's locations. </li><li>Develop and implement training programs and monitor their performance to ensure that all required training is performed and effective. </li><li>Champion all aspects of EHS programs for subsidiaries. </li><li>Ensure collection and reporting of information from Company locations is completed to meet Corporate and Governmental reporting requirements. </li><li>Ensure that all facilities manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste within local, state and federal requirements. </li><li>Lead and coach site leadership during incident investigations, root cause corrective action plans, and corrective action implementation. </li><li>Audit facilities to evaluate the effectiveness of local programs. Provide audit and action plan follow-up and assistance. </li><li>Provide advice and guidance to operational and functional staff regarding current and anticipated EHS issues. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in chemistry, safety, environmental science, or related field preferred. </li><li>Experience: 3+ years in Environmental, Health and Safety in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. </li><li>Knowledge & experience in Federal OSHA regulations, including the development and implementation of compliance programs and worker training. </li><li>Knowledge & experience in Federal EPA, state, and local environmental regulations, including the management of hazardous and universal wastes, stormwater, and community right to know reporting requirements. </li><li>Knowledge & experience with US DOT, state, and local transportation regulations, including the management of receiving and shipping of hazardous materials. </li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Suite and Outlook. </li><li>Travel to Headquarters in Shawnee, KS and Yellville, AR up to once per quarter as needed for support and training. </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographical location, and other organizational needs.</p> <p>The estimated pay range for this role is $58,419 to $87,629 Max per year.</p> <p>Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus incentive program associated with this specific role.</p>
