This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing a team, and using data to improve member acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Membership Growth & Revenue Performance</p> <ul> <li>Lead efforts that drive membership revenue growth and retention. </li><li>Support forecasting and performance tracking in partnership with Finance and Marketing leadership. </li><li>Oversee and optimize the auto-renew program to improve retention and recurring revenue. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve conversion, renewal rates, and overall member lifetime value. </li><li>Be actively present during sales </li></ul> <p>Marketing Strategy & Creative Execution</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute membership marketing plans across acquisition and retention. </li><li>Write and oversee marketing copy across email, web, paid media, and in-venue messaging. </li><li>Ensure messaging clearly communicates value, urgency, and mission impact. </li><li>Partner with internal teams to launch campaigns that drive measurable results. </li><li>Test and optimize offers, messaging, and creative performance. </li><li>Manage membership sales promotions for front desk and information desk sellers </li></ul> <p>Data, Analytics & Insights</p> <ul> <li>Analyze membership trends, retention, and customer behavior to inform decisions. </li><li>Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance. </li><li>Use data to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness. </li><li>Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure data accuracy and usability. </li></ul> <p>Automation & Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline and automate membership processes. </li><li>Implement and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools. </li><li>Improve system integrations to support marketing, reporting, and operations. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop direct reports, including but not limited to: </li><li>Membership Senior Specialist </li><li>Membership Inbound Specialist </li><li>Provide clear direction, priorities, and accountability for team deliverables. </li><li>Oversee inbound and outbound member communications (phone, email, chat). </li><li>Support team training on systems, processes, and best practices. </li></ul> <p>Operational Alignment</p> <ul> <li>Help establish assignments for membership sales, tracking, and reporting. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally to align membership efforts with broader campaigns. </li><li>Support execution of membership-related incentives and programs. </li><li>As needed, process membership renewals. </li><li>Reactivate + fulfill sales demand of membership communication and fulfillment. </li></ul> <p>Culture & Mission Alignment</p> <ul> <li>Represent Thanksgiving Point's mission to ignite curiosity and build confidence in children. </li><li>Demonstrate curiosity, compassion, and confidence in leadership and collaboration. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Reliable, responsive, positive, and professional at all times. </li><li>Previous related experience required. </li><li>3-5 years of related experience </li><li>Related degree preferred </li><li>At least 2 years of management experience. </li><li>Appropriately manage time and tasks </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency with computers including Word, Excel and other related Office Software, as well as the ability to type at least 50 wpm. </li><li>Ability to think on your feet and have sound judgement </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Be cooperative, proactive, professional, upbeat, discerning, and kind at all times. </li><li>Exemplify a "can-do" attitude for all employees. </li><li>Be a positive ambassador of Thanksgiving Point inside and outside of work. </li><li>Must be able to lift 20lbs, sit for long periods of time, manipulate small objects, and communicate clearly in English. </li><li>Must pass a background check. </li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
