<p>Clinical Educator</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>The Clinical Training & Development Educator acts as a lead for facilitating Training and Development programs throughout the campus. Delivers standardized, competency based, training and development programs including new employee orientation, preceptor training, facility specific in- services, and clinical, quality, and customer service training programs. Through these efforts the Clinical Educator will look to promote quality patient care, knowledge and compliance of facility policies and procedures, training of facility wide employees, ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations; responsible for creating or selecting course content and materials for training, which may be in the form of in-person classroom training, a virtual training, and/or use of an online learning management system.</p> <ul> <li>Currently Licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse </li><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred. </li><li>Wound Care Certification preferred </li><li>Minimum of two years of experience designing and delivering employee development programs for an intermediate-sized company, strongly preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of DHS 132, DHS 50, DHS 83 and DHS 89 regulations. </li><li>Knowledge and experience in supervision. </li><li>Maintains current and up to date knowledge in the field of nursing, including dementia related care, nursing education, and human resources compliance. </li><li>The mobility to spend the majority of work shift standing or moving about the facility. </li><li>The physical strength to move or assist residents following the plan of care as required in emergency situations in all areas of the Luther Manor campus. </li><li>Must be able to push, pull or lift 50 pounds. </li><li>Follows Administrative Dress Code. </li></ul>
