This role ensures accurate stocking, tool management, and timely delivery of materials to job sites, working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor to meet operational needs.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Receive, stock, and organize materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse. </li><li>Ensure all materials leaving the warehouse are accurately documented and assigned to the appropriate job in Service Titan. </li><li>Prepare materials and tools for delivery to job sites based on project requirements. </li><li>Assist in managing the tool checkout and return process, ensuring all items are accounted for. </li><li>Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor. </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. </li><li>Load and unload vehicles with materials and equipment safely and efficiently. </li><li>Assist in tracking vehicle key checkouts and ensuring vehicle readiness. </li><li>Perform basic maintenance checks on tools and equipment, reporting issues as needed. </li><li>Support warehouse operations by completing tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li><li>Basic computer proficiency. </li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Candidates will be required to pass a background check and an illegal drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in warehouse operations or material handling. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and tools. </li><li>Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. </li></ul> <p>Learn more about us online: www.plumbingandair.com</p>
