The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships along with increasing business by selling and ordering products for customers within their territory.? This position may be assigned to various types of accounts (Small Format)</p> <p>Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Execute and close all sales calls for assigned routes </li><li>Maintain and sell incremental displays as needed </li><li>Ensure proper pricing </li><li>Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities </li><li>Responsible for appropriate placement and effective utilization of point of sale material </li><li>Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards </li><li>Assess product rotation on shelf and in back room to maximize product freshness </li><li>Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues </li><li>Manage product breakage return </li><li>Plan and conduct regular sales calls to accounts </li><li>Communicate account activities to appropriate parties </li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experience</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds</p> </li><li> <p>Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law</p> </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
