Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Base on position.</p> <p>Fryer : Making mixes, frying cake and yeasting donuts.</p> <p>Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently.</p> <p>Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. with another person frequently</p> <p>Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently.</p> <p>Baker : Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants.</p> <p>Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently</p> <p>Loafer : Making mixes of dough and coffee rolls.</p> <p>Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs. with another person frequently.</p> <p>Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.</p>
