<p>We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Receivables & Billing clerk to join our team at St Pete Mitsubishi. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in accounting and be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and financial tasks.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>DealerTrack or similar DMS gives you an advantage. </li><li>The ability to work independently using good judgment, and as a team player. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and work well with others. </li><li>Pleasant telephone manner with an upbeat and friendly demeanor. </li><li>Resourceful, self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic. </li><li>Adept at time management. </li><li>Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and flexible. </li><li>A desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Must be able to be entrusted with confidential information. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Verify sales/finance paperwork and post deals. </li><li>Code, post and pay all invoices. </li><li>Manage receivables, including collections. </li><li>Handle daily deposits. </li><li>Work on special projects for other departments at the approval of the Accounting Manager. </li><li>Support other administrative staff within the company as needed. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
