<p>Kforce's client, a well-established company with continued growth is seeking a Retirement Plans Senior Specialist to join their organization. This position is schedule as 100% on-site.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the administration of retirement plans, monitor plan performance and participate in the design and implementation of new plans or changes to existing plans </li><li>Ensure all retirement plans comply with relevant federal and state regulations, including ERISA and IRS rules </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for employees with questions about retirement plans </li><li>Primary point of contact with external plan vendors, such as third-party administrators, investment firms and legal counsel </li><li>Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed or as assigned by leadership </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in retirement plan administration </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field </li><li>Licenses/Credentials - Series 7, ASPPA or other ERISA-related certifications or the ability to obtain </li><li>8+ years of working experience with retirement plan regulations and compliance issues </li><li>Technical software and Systems - proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite, financial models, spreadsheets, PowerPoint </li><li>Experience with project management and vendor relations </li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Able to mentor and train retirement plan team </li></ul>
