<p>The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for driving value and leading innovation across multiple categories within the Global Procurement team. This role reports to the Category Leader (Concessions, MRO, Energy, Capital, Corporate), and is based in the company's Knoxville, TN headquarters. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage strategic initiatives with high visibility, leveraging strong cross-functional collaboration and implementation of best in class sourcing activities. This position requires analytical proficiency, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and proven contract negotiation skills.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Regular and Consistent Attendance </li><li>Lead strategic thinking, thought leadership and supplier management in (Concessions, MRO, Energy, Capital, Corporate) spend areas. </li><li>Perform best in class sourcing activities from end to end including spend and market analysis, sourcing strategy, RFx, negotiations, contracting, process improvement, and ongoing supplier and stakeholder management. </li><li>Develop and execute multi-year project wave plans, aligning to our sourcing objectives and strategies with overall business objectives. </li><li>Inspire trust and build strong, positive, productive relationships with key business stakeholders. </li><li>Cultivate leadership skills and create an environment of continual improvement both in and outside of your team. </li><li>Develop and support key metrics (TCO, Supplier KPIs, Program Compliance, Savings Pipeline) to ensure needs of business are met. </li><li>Demonstrate an unyielding passion for the guest experience, culture, mission and vision. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Professional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in leading strategic sourcing projects from inception to implementation including strategic planning, negotiation, and contracting in indirect spend categories. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and complex problem solving with the ability to develop pricing models appropriate for the goods/services being sourced. </li><li>Comfortable developing and presenting complex initiatives to gain strategic alignment with a variety of stakeholders across the business. </li><li>Financially oriented and can tie strategies and initiatives back to value. </li><li>Collaborative and influential team player. </li><li>High degree of ethics and integrity. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>S. in Business, Finance, Supply-Chain, or related field preferred </li><li>3-5+ years of progressive experience in Sourcing & Procurement with responsibilities in relevant categories required </li><li>Demonstrated project management experience required </li></ul> <p>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</p> <p>CPM/CPSM certifications a plus</p> <p>Language Ability:</p> <p>Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.</p> <p>Math Ability:</p> <p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.</p> <p>Reasoning Ability:</p> <p>Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.</p> <p>Computer Skills:</p> <p>Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software</p> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <p>This position will have direct supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
