<p>The North Utah Valley Animal Services Special Service District is currently seeking a highly effective and efficient professional to serve as an Executive Assistant. This is a full-time benefited position working under the direction of the Director/CEO. The successful candidate will provide a wide variety of advanced professional administrative work. Responsibilities include record keeping, preparing correspondence, data management, entry and compilation, statistical analysis, financial accounting, report writing and record management and related duties; grant writing and fundraising; research and analysis, and assisting with preparing comprehensive reports, minutes of meetings and agendas for meetings. Requires excellent communication and research skills and experience with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills. Preference may be given to those with a bachelors or masters degree in English, communications, research, or a related field and/or two years of proven experience in grant writing and fundraising. Must have and maintain a valid Utah drivers license. The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.Individual starting salary will depend on qualifications, certifications, and experience.
