This individual will work with Channel leads (Video, Social Media, Display, Search, Email & SMS) to support their efforts in audience management. The role will report to the Sr Manager of Media and ultimately the VP of Performance Marketing. This role has a unique opportunity to work across all Performance Channels as well as with the MarTech team to develop a wide range of skills.</p> <p>What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support Channel leads with strategic customer segmentation insights</p> </li><li> <p>Establish KPIs and measure success across all audience development efforts, reporting regularly on performance</p> </li><li> <p>Generate and consolidate audience insights/data/trends from analytics, email, CRM, ecomm, MMM & CDP (Hitouch) to advise customer segments and guide testing models</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement segmentation tactics that support different scenarios (Retention, Acquisition, Prospecting) and funnel stages (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion)</p> </li><li> <p>Measure and track segment performance to understand which customer(s) and segments are driving performance to enable better allocation of marketing</p> </li><li> <p>Work with CRM team to develop the segments that will be pushed out to vendors via LiveRamp</p> </li><li> <p>Provide data-driven recommendations to inform campaign planning and performance optimization including:</p> </li><li> <p>In-depth research to understand the target audience for different campaigns & channels including demographics, psychographics, interests, behaviors, and media consumption habits</p> </li><li> <p>Identifying opportunities to drive purchase frequency</p> </li><li> <p>Identifying segments with high engagement and monetization potential</p> </li><li> <p>Using market research and consumer behavior insights to identify new audience opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Program management and data governance</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines in PII</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and update Marketing Presentation Decks to share out strategy, performance, testing results and recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Manage day-to-day operations in the platforms (LiveRamp, CDP)</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Partnerships</p> <ul> <li>Performance Marketing Team </li><li>Brand & Strategy Team </li><li>Martech & Analytics Teams </li><li>Loyalty & Personalization Teams </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field </li><li>5+ years related experience in Audience Management including CDP (Hitouch) and LiveRamp (or similar) </li><li>Work experience may substitute for education requirement </li><li>Channel Knowledge - Meta, TikTok, Google (Display, Search & YouTube), TTD (The Trade Desk) </li><li>AI Audience tool use an asset </li><li>Detail, accuracy, analytical and mathematical competency </li><li>Understanding of Marketing and Advertising technology and ability to communicate the flow of data across platforms </li><li>Strong computer skills </li><li>Ability to manage and meet multiple demands within timelines </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary.
