<p>Description</p> <p>The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Spray Applicator measures, mixes, and applies various pesticides and fertilizers to assigned areas. </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate spray equipment </li><li>Measure mixing agents to create necessary sprays for application </li><li>Apply various pesticides and fertilizers to maintain areas </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience with chemical or spray applications is highly desired </li><li>Must work under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and Agronomic Technician </li><li>Maintain a valid Driver's License </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Operate efficiently and safely at all times </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred </li><li>Ability to perform other cultural applications on a golf course as needed - assist with aerifications, applying seed to designated areas, sand topdressing applications </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds </li><li>Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night </li><li>Repetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and stooping </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic </li><li>Work near or about natural bodies of water </li><li>Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit </li><li>Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods </li></ul> <p>BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.</p> <p>This job description is subject to change at any time.</p> <p>BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
