Join our team in Oelwein, IA!</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are looking for a 1st Shift Valve Technician to provide construction, repair, and support of our products. This position requires someone willing to learn a new trade through on-the-job training.</p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Disassembles and assemble fittings on tank cars. </li><li>Test, rebuild and test valve to reveal possible defects. </li><li>Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner and report potential hazards. </li><li>Lift up to 50 pounds as needed and perform tasks that require climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms. </li><li>Able to pass background check, drug screen and physical. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>Transco strives to be the Employer of Choice.
