In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate, and accessible healthcare to underserved populations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both clinical and administrative responsibilities to enhance patient care in a fast-paced community health setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the community while advancing your career in healthcare.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in patient intake, record medical history, and measure vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.). </li><li>Schedule appointments, update patient records in the EHR system, and assist with referrals and authorizations. </li><li>Educate patients on treatment plans, medication adherence, and preventive care measures. </li><li>Maintain infection control and adhere to all FQHC and HIPAA regulations. </li><li>Prepare patients for examination and assist physician upon request. </li><li>Assist the providers as required in ensuring all patient information on electronic encounter documentation is complete and accurate.
