<p>Summary: Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.</p> <p>Engagement Expectations:</p> <p>We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superior guest service. During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language. </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service. </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer and other beverages. </li><li>Monitors pump room. </li><li>Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures. </li><li>Restocks bar snacks. </li><li>Cleans bar area including floors, counters and other surfaces. </li><li>Removes empty bottles and trash. </li><li>Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Six months or more related experience or training preferred. </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms and see. </li><li>Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear. </li><li>Occasionally required to speak and hear. </li><li>Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and noisy work conditions. </li><li>Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment </li></ul>
