We're growing-and seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Generalist</p> <p>(Global Operations) to join our dynamic team. This role will support key HR functions across payroll, benefits, and employee support, serving both our U.S.-based and global workforce.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Administer semi-monthly U.S. payroll and coordinate global payroll processing in collaboration with third-party vendors. </li><li>Support employee benefits administration, including onboarding/offboarding, open enrollment, and ongoing benefit updates. Partner with employees and managers to address questions related to compensation, benefits, leave, and HR policies. </li><li>Assist in the implementation and communication of HR programs, including policy updates and employee engagement initiatives. </li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and international employment laws and regulations. </li><li>Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and benefits-related issues. </li><li>Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports to support audits, compliance, and decision-making. </li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and payroll systems. </li><li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience. </li><li>Stay informed on HR best practices, legal updates, and trends to enhance process efficiency and compliance. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong working knowledge of U.S. and international HR practices, including multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and labor law compliance. </li><li>Experience supporting a workforce of 200-500 employees in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment. </li><li>Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems such as BambooHR, ADP, Deel, or similar platforms. </li><li>Familiarity with benefits administration tools and open enrollment processes. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in a remote work setting. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of progressive HR experience with responsibilities in payroll, benefits, and generalist functions. </li><li>Deep understanding of payroll systems, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management. </li><li>High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities. </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent employee service and ensuring compliance. </li></ul> <p>At Cornelis Networks, you'll be part of a collaborative team helping to drive innovation through people. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position. Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives.</p> <p>In addition to your base pay, you'll have access to a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as disability and life insurance, a dependent care flexible spending account, accidental injury insurance, and pet insurance.
