Sia's Financial Services Business Unit provides a comprehensive suite of core capabilities designed to address the diverse and evolving needs of our clients, enabling them to navigate complex challenges, seize new opportunities, and achieve their strategic objectives in an increasingly competitive and dynamic business environment.</p> <p>Job description</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions </li><li>Leverage PM/BA skills to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders around upcoming or existing regulatory changes, capital markets product offerings, and business enhancements </li><li>Lead and present product deliverables and effectively liaison between front office, middle office, back office, and other supporting functions </li><li>Present findings and recommendations to client leadership </li><li>Track project level risk issues and dependencies and face off with key stakeholders </li><li>Assist stakeholders by evaluating existing operating models, designing current and future process flows, and developing Target Operating Models </li><li>Engage with client teams to analyze, evaluate, and enhance client's Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets businesses </li><li>An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Insights </li><li>Continue to upskill on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and leverage Sia's tools and other innovative applications to service client needs </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of Capital Markets experience within Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange derivatives product areas including an overall understanding of the trade lifecycle processes </li><li>3+ years of recent client-facing management consulting experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree required preferably in a Business or related field, Master's degree strongly preferred </li><li>Financial Services background preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of the US and global regulatory landscape within financial services </li><li>Required knowledge of regulations and securities transactions to help conduct requirement analysis, facilitate rule interpretations, document business requirements, document functional requirements and drive issue remediation </li><li>Experience with program and project management methodologies including, but not limited to Agile and Waterfall </li><li>Ability to quickly learn and conduct independent research; will need to apply new knowledge to own analysis and team management responsibilities </li><li>Understanding of upstream / downstream applications and data </li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adhere to tight deadlines </li><li>Strong Interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Ability to work on multiple workstreams from inception through to implementation </li><li>Project Management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or other) </li><li>Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>We believe in supporting our team professionally and personally.
