We are looking for a professional who will not just follow rules but set the standard for how the company handles HR risks. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead global compliance efforts with a high degree of autonomy, using your expertise to ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements. </li><li>Manage key relationships with stakeholders across People Operations and Alphabet/Google for major compliance programs. </li><li>Monitor current and emerging HR regulations to proactively identify new compliance requirements and risks. </li><li>Communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders by developing and owning communication plans. </li><li>Define, track, and report on key program metrics and performance indicators to ensure deliverables are met. </li></ul>
