This role requires the ability to initiate contact with the general contractor's project manager or superintendent, arrange site visits, and establish a collaborative working relationship from the start of the project. The foreman must ensure the job file includes a clean set of plans and specifications, final scope and proposal, estimated cost breakdown, and project schedule.
