Location: Enrollment Center, Sverdrup Hall</p> <p>Scheduling & Hours</p> <ul> <li>Average 5-10 hours/week </li><li>Office/Scheduled Hours occur within 9:45am-4:15pm Monday through Friday, weekly. </li></ul> <p>Work-study eligible students welcome.</p> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Rate of Pay: $15.97/hour </li><li>Minnesota Sick and Safe Time </li><li>Not eligible for health insurance benefits </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Students must be currently enrolled at Augsburg and must be work-study eligible. </li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Prior Customer Service experience preferred </li><li>Good communication skills; must be good with people/outgoing/work well with others </li><li>Adaptable and open-minded </li><li>Positive attitude </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Work Environment and Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work for long periods. </li><li>Regular phone and computer use. </li><li>The typical work environment is a shared office suite. </li></ul> <p>Augsburg University is an Equal Opportunity employer.
