<p>$2500 Sign On Bonus</p> <p>Harbor is seeking a part-time EAP Therapist to join the Toledo team! An EAP Clinician provides short-term, solution-focused counseling to employees and their family members who are experiencing issues affecting job-related performance and/or personal well-being.</p> <p>Position is part-time, 20 hours per week, with 5 of those hours worked after 5PM.</p> <p>Education/Experience/Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Requires minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or a related Behavioral/Mental health field from an accredited college or university. </li><li>Requires independent license to practice as a Social Worker/ Counselor/Psychologist in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, Ph.D) </li><li>Must be honest, dependable, self-disciplined, organized and be able to work well as a team member. </li><li>Must have good documentation, treatment and assessment skills. </li><li>Must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Word. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and show proof of personal auto insurance policy to be deemed insurable with Harbor's vehicle insurance carrier. </li><li>Prefer experience in Employee Assistance Programming for outpatient settings. </li><li>Prefer licensure in chemical dependency or proven experience and training in treating substance use disorders. </li><li>Prior experience facilitating trainings preferred. </li><li>Prefer SAP qualification. </li><li>Must have or obtain CEAP within 1 year of full-time employment or prorated for part-time. </li><li>Must complete Critical Incident Stress Debriefing training within 1 year of full-time employment or prorated for part-time. </li><li>CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI Certifications required within 90 days of employment. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Competencies/Primary Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains responsibility for individual, family and/or group counseling of EAP and clinical clients, of all ages. </li><li>In compliance with Harbor's telehealth policies and procedures, provides telehealth services for assigned clients utilizing Harbor authorized or provided Telemedicine equipment. </li><li>Provides confidential and timely problem identification services for employee clients with personal concerns that may be affecting job performance. </li><li>Provides consultation, training, and assistance to work organization leadership (managers, supervisors, and union officials) seeking to manage troubled employees, enhance the work environment, and/or improve employee job performance. </li><li>Completes discharge or linkage to other additional services as needed. </li><li>Provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning and completes necessary updates as required. </li><li>Completes clinical documentation in the format appropriate and acceptable to Harbor and submits all documentation according to Harbor policy. </li><li>In providing billable services, meets or exceeds unit/direct service expectations established by Harbor. </li><li>Develops training curriculum and materials in various employee-management related areas including but not limited to: staff development; corporate compliance; drug free safety; workplace harassment; civility; and health and wellness. Presents trainings at various workplace settings and community events. </li><li>Provides crisis intervention services and is available for consultation. </li><li>Facilitates referrals to appropriate internal and/or external resources where indicated. </li><li>Actively promotes the availability of EAP services to current and prospective clients and stakeholders. </li><li>Demonstrates satisfactory performance on identified outcome measures and client satisfaction reports. </li><li>Participates in agency-wide and departmental clinical research, as needed. </li><li>Participates in program development as requested and where possible. </li><li>Keeps current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies and demonstrates continued growth. </li><li>Upholds the strictest confidentiality standards in regards to client information as well as EAP contracted company information. </li><li>Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and respect for all people in the work setting regardless of race, creed, color, age, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, or other personal differences. </li><li>Facilitates Critical Incident Stress Management services as needed.
