Job #24935-9</p> <p>Salary range: $88,550- 100,000.</p> <p>This position is hybrid, with a blend of remote and on-campus work.</p> <p>5/5/2025</p> <p>ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR FINANCIAL AID DELIVERY, Student Financial Services (SFS), to ensure access and affordability for MIT students and families; oversee the annual financial aid delivery process of external funds to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students; administer the Federal Pell Grant, Federal Direct Loan, and Federal Work-Study Programs; coordinate student employment for the Institute; build a strong, integrated service approach for the delivery of external financial aid from federal, state, and private sources; provide direction to SFS staff responsible for certifying, originating, disbursing, and reconciling external financial aid funds; review, update, and document written policies, procedures, and practices relating to financial aid delivery and student employment; identify innovations that maximize organizational resources and improve the customer experience; and participate in determining financial aid eligibility by serving as a peer reviewer.</p>
