Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact in this role</p> <p>Provide basic bedside care to long term care patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, functioning within scope of license.</p> <ul> <li>Support Clinical Assessments: Partner with RNs by collecting vital patient data and observations to ensure accurate clinical analysis and care adjustments. </li><li>Expert Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions, ensuring patient safety remains the highest priority during every treatment. </li><li>Execute Clinical Services: Perform essential laboratory tests and therapeutic procedures with precision to maintain the daily momentum of patient recovery. </li><li>Empower Patients & Families: Educate residents on self-care and holistic health needs, while proactively maintaining a safe environment and coordinating follow-up resources. </li></ul> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date requred.
