<p>Are you obsessive about driving value throughout the customer lifecycle and working with customers?</p> <p>Do you have fun wrangling with technical and business challenges on a daily basis?</p> <p>If so, Veryfi would love to talk with you about joining our growing Technical Sales Engineering team.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have proven experience at:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting technical aspects of the sales process such as product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots </li><li>Leading technical discussions to educate customers on Veryfi products and usage </li><li>Applying intelligent document processing to solve a variety of business issues </li><li>Analyzing and tuning performance of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solution </li><li>Building the foundation for deep and lasting relationships with the technical champions within a client organization </li><li>Identifying and documenting the technical path to grow and expand customer usage over time </li><li>Coordinating internal resources to resolve technical issues blocking sales opportunities </li><li>Capturing and communicating product feedback and industry requirements </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>The primary technical point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle and onboarding. You will be the trusted expert for key stakeholders and maintain a focus on supporting technical sales efforts from prospecting through onboarding.</p> <ul> <li>Drive sales win rates by providing technical expertise for qualifying calls, product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots. </li><li>Capture and document the technical needs and success factors throughout the sales process. Maintain detailed information in the CRM system </li><li>Create & manage tickets in the issue management system to effectively address product feedback from prospects and sales blockers </li><li>Lead customer kickoff & training sessions as part of onboarding </li><li>Act as a communications liaison between prospects and Veryfi's Sales, Technical Support, Development, and -Leadership team </li><li>Contribute to the content and continual improvement of tutorials, FAQs, and other materials </li></ul> <p>Preferred experience:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years as a sales engineer in a B2B SaaS company </li><li>Accountability and personal organization are essential </li><li>Effective communications skills via email, phone, and online meetings </li><li>Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with both customer facing teams and internal teams </li><li>Working knowledge of SaaS platforms and Application Programming Interfaces </li><li>Experience building and optimizing Customer Success processes is a plus </li><li>Experience with HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus </li><li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>Coding experience in Python and using APIs </li></ul> <p>Must have:</p> <ul> <li>5+ yrs of Startup experience </li><li>Technically proficient (eg, know how to make API calls, code AI automations etc.) </li><li>Great communicator! </li></ul>
