RCSM's drive strong retail execution and serve as a key liaison between retail field teams, internal partners, and client stakeholders while This role ensures compliance to retail standards, supports strategic initiatives, and aligns execution, sales, and client priorities to deliver against business objectives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive flawless retail execution by ensuring compliance across distribution, speed-to-shelf, pricing, planograms, displays, promotions, and point-of-sale placement. </li><li>Identify non-compliance and resolve in-store execution issues; escalate unresolved barriers with clear, actionable insights. </li><li>Shape, develop and execute sales, promotional, and category growth strategies using data-driven insights. </li><li>End-to-end client engagement communicating execution status, audit results, and opportunities to clients, headquarters teams, and field leadership. </li><li>Manage client account performance, budgets, and investment strategies to exceed business objectives for sustainable growth. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience in retail management, client services, or related field. </li><li>Strong leadership/coaching, team building, supervising, and working within a decentralized organization </li><li>Solid retail execution, project management, and prioritization skills. </li><li>Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans. </li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Basic familiarity in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and client-specific applications. </li><li>Associate degree required. </li></ul> <p>Job Will Remain Open Until Filled</p>
