<p>SCHEDULE: Hours per day - 8</p> <p>Days per week - 5</p> <p>Schedule: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.</p> <p>Summer Schedule: Flexible</p> <p>MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Ability to instruct, supervise and motivate subordinates.</p> <p>Demonstrates or has demonstrated the ability to follow directions.</p> <p>Demonstrates or has demonstrated a good working relationship with Administrators, teachers, clerical staff, students and the general public.</p> <p>Demonstrate the operation of cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.</p> <p>Snow and ice removal and salting of sidewalks and walkways.</p> <p>Outside grounds work such as operating the lawn tractor, weed eater, etc.</p> <p>Light maintenance.</p> <p>May request a job description from the Maintenance Office.</p> <p>Other duties assigned by the Director of Building and Grounds, Asst to Director of Building & Grounds and Building Principal.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Proven ability to work independently without supervision.</p> <p>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>Able to lift up to 75 pounds.</p> <p>A mechanical background is preferred.</p> <p>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.</p> <p>Ability to perform basic clerical, mathematical, and computer tasks.</p> <p>Must have passed the Head Custodian test with a minimum score of 75% prior to the closing of this posting.</p> <p>Medical/dental/vision insurance, short term life insurance policy, retirement plan, paid time off.</p>
