<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Maintainer III will be responsible for moving office furniture and equipment. Performs janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, grounds keeping or maintenance tasks for upkeep of college buildings and grounds.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>One year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in building custodial or grounds keeping. </li><li>Possession of a valid Massachusetts Class 3 Motor Vehicle Operators license </li><li>Ability to follow oral and written instructions </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to details are essential </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others </li><li>Must have physical stamina, endurance and be able to move heavy objects </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Salary Range: $1,857.51 bi-weekly/$48,295.26 annually Grade: 13.
