<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Gutter Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position with excellent earning potential for individuals with sales experience and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running leads, quoting and selling gutter systems, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and company leadership. You'll also be working inside local Home Depot stores to provide demos, conduct associate training, and ensure connectivity between store teams and our gutter services.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Run sales leads and follow up with prospective customers </li><li>Provide quotes and close sales for residential gutter systems </li><li>Communicate regularly with your supervisor and update on lead status </li><li>Conduct product demonstrations in Home Depot stores </li><li>Train Home Depot associates on gutter services and promotions </li><li>Maintain professional relationships with Home Depot staff and customers </li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of customer details and orders </li><li>Represent the company brand with integrity and professionalism </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of sales experience (construction or home improvement sales preferred) </li><li>Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. </li><li>Background check required </li></ul>
