Reporting to the Director of Recruitment/Enrollment Communication, the successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting diverse learners who will thrive in our collaborative liberal arts environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <p>Student Recruitment & Relationship Building</p> <ul> <li>Represent Juniata College at high schools, college fairs, receptions, and other recruitment events </li><li>Conduct engaging information sessions and individual interviews with prospective students and families </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with students from diverse backgrounds and experiences, from initial inquiry through enrollment </li><li>Communicate professionally via phone, email, and mail to guide students through the admission process </li></ul> <p>Strategic Enrollment Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute individual and team recruitment plans for assigned territories </li><li>Work collaboratively toward college-wide enrollment goals </li><li>Review applications holistically, applying admission standards with equity and care </li><li>Network with alumni, faculty, staff, and community partners to expand recruitment reach </li></ul> <p>Juniata College is committed to cultivating an equity-minded and equity-engaged campus culture, one that is inclusive and supportive of its students, faculty, and staff.
