Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.</p> <p>As a part of the Global PMO team, the Project Controller will support the Global PMO to enhance budget control in a complex, multiyear transformation program with established governance processes.</p> <p>You will report to the Global PMO and be responsible for Controlling the program budget. You will achieve this by collaborating with Global Finance and Budget Owners in functional teams. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for process improvements, preparing detailed, evidence-based budget status reports for the executive and senior leadership, and owning the budget control for the program. Your ability to manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects will be crucial in this role.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the global pharmaceutical and/or global ERP implementation environments. Your ability to influence and effectively engage across functions in a matrix organizational structure, along with your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, makes you an ideal fit for this role. Your background in project and change management from a finance perspective sets you apart. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
