<p>The Sales Analytics team within Personal Investor CDAO is looking for two dynamic and driven Product Managers to join our team! As the Product Manager, you will be the key communicator and strategist, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and prioritization of requests from multiple areas of the business. Preferred candidates will have a background in Analytics with hands-on experience or experience working closely with data for a sales organization. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution. </li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create standard methodologies that drive significant change to the client experience. </li><li>Coaches' technical product teams towards standard processes and takeaways. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as vital. </li><li>Partners with customers to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives customer concerns where required to enable rapid delivery. </li><li>Leads the planning, development and implementation of new technical products. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans. </li><li>Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. </li><li>Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. </li><li>Participates in the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. </li><li>Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Consultative approach with strong business functional and technical skills, shown experience in building and delivering data & analytics products and insights. </li><li>Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau (predictive analytics and dashboards). </li><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience or combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
