<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for core assembly of heat exchangers within the production environment.</p> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assembly of cores for heat exchangers </li><li>Operate equipment and tools to stretch, compress, size and cut FIN material </li><li>Conduct general deburring of parts to meet quality standards </li><li>Utilize basic hand tools and general mechanical tools effectively </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate mechanical aptitude </li><li>Must be able to read and interpret engineering blueprints. </li><li>Strong adherence to safety protocols and operational directions communicated in English </li><li>Ability to work overtime based on the business needs which may include weekends. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma, Trade School Diploma, or GED required </li><li>Manufacturing/Production background preferred, not required. </li><li>Ability to read, write, and converse in English. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations. </li><li>Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time during a shift </li><li>Ability to work in a production environment with constant standing and movement </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Employee Type: Hourly</p> <p>Salary Minimum: $35,000</p> <p>Salary Maximum: $40,000</p> <p>Incentive: No</p> <p>Disclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
