<p>Job Description:</p> <p>To over-see the daily operations of assigned Molding machine(s).</p> <p>You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure plant safety and 5S standards are met. </li><li>Direct the work of molding operators, both full time and temporary. </li><li>Train and support Molding team members and provide performance feedback. </li><li>Monitor and report time, attendance, and overall performance of operators working in molding department and report to Molding Supervisor and/or Manager. </li><li>Communication of production needs to operators working in molding department. </li><li>Ensure labels and skid tickets match count of components. </li><li>Inspection of 'First Piece' finished product for quality assurance. </li><li>Verification of BOM (Bills of Materials) for each all presses and molding assembly cells. </li><li>Ensure all processes meet standard (labor, cycle time). </li><li>Assist with Daily Reconcile of labor efficiency. </li><li>Process non-conforming and excess materials in a timely manner. </li><li>Attend daily production meetings for schedule review. </li><li>Assist with daily production reporting. </li><li>Assist recording new or rework production daily. </li><li>Contact maintenance or tooling for repairs on equipment or molds. </li><li>Assist with and ensure daily housekeeping is completed within molding department. </li><li>Train as supervisor back up. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li><li></li></ul> <p>The TOOLS you'll bring with you:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>One year of manufacturing experience </li><li>Lead and/or supervisory experience </li></ul> <p>Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
