<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Please click link for full description and application</p> <p>Job Title:</p> <p>Speech-Language Pathologist</p> <p>Employee Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Connecticut teaching license with endorsement for speech and language pathologist.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of three year's experience working with students.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability and competence to provide services to students with speech and language disorders.</p> </li><li> <p>A current, research- and experience-based understanding of speech and language development.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to deal effectively with associates and the public.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to organize and maintain diverse data, files and records.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Such alternatives or additions to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.</p> </li></ol> <p>Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
