<p>Join One of the Fastest-Growing Roofing Teams in the Midwest!</p> <p>Farha Roofing - an award-winning, family-owned company - is seeking a dependable and motivated Material Runner to support both our commercial and residential roofing operations in Kansas City.</p> <p>If you are organized, reliable, and enjoy being on the move supporting job sites and crews, this is a great entry point into the roofing industry with a company that offers long-term growth opportunities.</p> <p>Hiring Immediately - Training Provided</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Deliver roofing materials, tools, and supplies to commercial and residential job sites </li><li>Pick up and transport materials from suppliers, warehouses, and job locations </li><li>Ensure crews have what they need to keep projects moving efficiently </li><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials safely </li><li>Perform basic material organization and inventory support </li><li>Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers to prioritize deliveries </li><li>Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of company vehicle </li><li>Provide general support to production teams as needed </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) </li><li>Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated </li><li>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physical work </li><li>Comfortable driving frequently throughout the workday </li><li>Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude </li><li>Basic organization and time management skills </li><li>Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person </li></ul> <p>Background Check Requirement</p> <p>Because this position involves driving, handling materials, and access to job sites and company property, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.
