<p>Job Title: MicroStation Drafter</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled MicroStation Drafter to join our dynamic team. This role involves drafting and designing using MicroStation and AutoCAD software, with a focus on electrical engineering projects. You will be part of a vibrant and supportive company culture that emphasizes both personal and professional growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Set up electrical engineering projects using MicroStation. </li><li>Draft electrical designs including lighting, power, and technology/communications/low voltage systems. </li><li>Assist in troubleshooting issues in the model as projects progress to completion. </li><li>Collaborate closely with project engineers to produce accurate and efficient 2D/3D model electrical plans. </li><li>Adhere to specific drafting standards to produce neat, clean, and visually appealing drawings. </li><li>Maintain the highest level of client service based on trust and responsiveness. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant computer drafting experience using MicroStation V8i. </li><li>Experience with initial project setup in MicroStation. </li><li>Ability to draft electrical designs using MicroStation. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience using MicroStation V8i, Connect Edition, or ORD. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, & Projectwise. </li><li>Transportation drafting experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment is within an Electrical Engineering Consulting firm, with projects spanning various sectors such as airports, healthcare, transportation, K-12 and higher education, and sports facilities/parks.
