<p>What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health</p> <p>Customer Operations is responsible for core customer operation processes. These can include customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, unexpected returns, order entry and processing, customer set up and account maintenance, and servicing customer escalation requests.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Demonstrates knowledge of customer service processes, return policies, systems, controls, and work streams.
