We are a residential property management company with more than 6000 units in the Columbus Metro Area and growing.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:</p> <ul> <li>Properly dispose of trash and any unused material </li><li>Removing any items left behind in unit by previous resident </li><li>Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary </li><li>Digging out basements (jackhammering, shoveling, operating a chainsaw) </li><li>Installing egress windows </li><li>Waterproofing basements </li><li>Installing carbon fiber strips </li><li>Perform other duties as required </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>Driver's License and valid car insurance </li><li>Personal, reliable transportation </li><li>Excellent communication skills; written and verbal </li><li>Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day.
